PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECTS
Zurich Insurance
Working closely with Zurich Insurance, we supported their general insurance business with the gathering and documenting of requirements for a new customer facing website, focussed on the quote and bind process and underlying risk rating rules . Working in partnership with stakeholders from all key areas of the business as well as with external suppliers, the new website design was approved.
HX (Howden Group)
HX, the former technology division of the Howden Group, engaged us to provide business analysis on a new fully digital promotional platform. We built up a product backlog from scratch whilst the development and test teams were formalised, to ensure the team were able to begin delivery of user stories and working functionality at pace. With a highly collaborative approach, the platform was delivered on time and to a high standard, with this resulting in engagement with major clients such as Google, Philips and Nuffield Health who all launched their own promotions on the platform.
Walkers Global
We worked with Walkers Global on a range of initiatives to improve their operational performance, with this including the preparation of a detailed RFP document for a new website. We worked closely with various business areas, including the Marketing team, to understand the key messaging Walkers wanted to provide to its client base, whilst also ensuring the new site was future-proofed from both a scalbility and security perspective.
In addition, we spent a significant amount of time with lawyers from each of the main global offices to understand and document current ways of working, with the aim of highlighting inconsistencies and pain points, prior to the rollout of a new platform.
Furthermore, we assisted with the research and recommendation of solutions that would offer process improvement, creating business cases for these and gaining budget approval for pilot launches.

Ecclesiastical Insurance
Ecclesiastical Insurance provide cover for a range of entities, including churches and charities. They also have a subsidiary company that provides funeral plans, with this being Ecclesiastical Planning Services Limited (EPSL). We were delighted to be able to supply EPSL with business analysis services that saw us responsible for all analysis from discovery to a pilot launch of a new fully online and bespoke platform that allows funeral directors to provide digital quotes. This was a huge step forward for EPSL, allowing a shift from manual processes.
